ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by designating with the appropriate symbols and indications that segment of the North Milwaukee Avenue right-of-way on Map No. 5-I and Map No. 7-I in the area between

the centerline of North Sacramento Avenue on the northwest and the centerlines of North Rockwell Street on the north side of North Milwaukee Avenue and West Francis Place on the south side of North Milwaukee Avenue on the southeast

as a Pedestrian Street.

SECTION 2. That section 17-3-503-D the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by inserting the underscored language as follows:

17-3-0503-D [Pedestrian Streets and Pedestrian Retail Streets ]

1.       The following street segments are classified as pedestrian streets:
