RUSH UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER Acct. No. 62954 - 8 Permit No. 1102388

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to RUSH UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, fifty-six (56) Tieback System(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 1611 W. Harrison St
Said Tieback System(s) at W. Harrison measure(s):
Under and along West Harrison Street are a third row of ten (10) existing tie-back rods encroaching five (5) feet into the public way. Encroachment measure twenty-five (25) square feet. Existing tie-back system is approximately sixty-three (63) feet below grade level.
Said Tieback System(s) at W. Harrison & S. Ashland measure(s):
Under and along South Ashland Avenue are a third row of forty (40) existing tie-back rods encroaching twenty (20) feet into the public way. Encroachment measure eight hundred (800) square feet. Existing tie-back system is approximately forty-two (42) feet below grade level.

Said Tieback System(s) at S. Pualina & S. Ashland measure(s):
Under and along South Ashland Avenue are a third row of six (6) tie-back rods with an average encroachment of twenty (20) feet into the public way. Encroachment measure sixty (60) square feet. Existing tie-back system is approximately forty-two (42) feet below grade level.

The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
