ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.   Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Commercial Planned Development Number 1136 District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 15-P in the area bounded by:

West Higgins Road (city limits); a line 1,553.49 feet southeasterly of the intersection of North Cumberland Avenue and West Higgins Road (as measured at the southerly right-of-way line of Higgins Road and perpendicular thereto); the northerly right-of-way line of the John Fitzgerald Kennedy Expressway (Interstate 90); and a line 1,004.83 feet southeasterly of the intersection Of the intersection of North Cumberland Avenue and West Higgins Road (as measured at the Southerly right-of-way line of West Higgins Road and perpendicular thereto).

SECTION 2.   This ordinance takes effect after its passage and publication.
