ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Residential Business Planned Development #932 District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 2-E in the area bounded by

East 9 Street; a line 121 feet east of and parallel to the east line of South Wabash Avenue; a line 134.16 feet south of and parallel to the south line of East 9^th Street; a line 161 feet east of and parallel to the east line of South Wabash Avenue; the public alley next north of and parallel to East 11^th Street; the public alley next east of and parallel to South Wabash Avenue; a line 302.96 feet south of and parallel to the east line of East 9^th Street; South Wabash Avenue,

to those of a DX-12 Downtown Mixed-Use District.

Common Address of Property: East 9' Street thru East 11  Street and South Wabash Avenue

SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
