ORDINANCE

Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

Section 1. That the Commissioner of Buildings is hereby authorized and directed to issue a sign permit to Midwest Sign & Lighting. Inc .4910 Wilshire Blvd. Country Club Hills. IL 60478 for the erection of a sign/signboard over 24' feet in height and/or over 100 square feet (in area of one face) at 1320 E. 47^th Street, Chicago, IL 60653 with the dimensions, height and square foot area:

Dimensions: length: 10' 11" Height: 19'1"

Height above grade/roof to the top of the sign: 3CT

Total Square Foot Area 209sq feet

Such signs (s) shall comply with all applicable provisions of Title 17 of the Chicago Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable provisions of the Municipal Code ofthe City of Chicago governing the construction and maintenance of outdoor signs, signboards and structures.
