ORDINANCE

Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

Section 1. That the Commissioner of Buildings is hereby authorized and directed to issue a sign permit to Lincoln Services, Inc., P.O. Box 644799, Chicago , IL 60664 for the erection of a sign/signboard over 24' feet in height and/or over 100 square feet (in area of one face) at 600 S. Clark, Chicago, IL 60605 with the dimensions, height and square foot area:

Dimensions: length: 301 Height: 20'

Height above grade/roof to the top of the sign: 40J.

Total Square Foot Area 600sq feet

Such signs (s) shall comply with all applicable provisions of Title 17 of the Chicago Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable provisions of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago governing the construction and maintenance of outdoor signs, signboards and structures.
