Repeal ordinance passed 5-4-11 page 117750 which reads W.46th St. northside from a point 30" east of S. Ashland Av.  to a point 55" east thereof--loading zone/tow zone -- 8am-6pm -- Mon.-Fri. by striking 8am-6pm -- Mon.-Fri and inserting 8am-8pm all days by striking all the above and add W.   46th St.  northside F.A.P.   60" east of    S.  Ashland Av. T.A.P,  20" east thereof -- No Parking Loading Zone -- 8am-8pm all days.
