Such sign shall comply with all applicable provisions of Title 17 of the Chicago Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable provisions of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago governing the construction and maintenance of outdoor signs, signboards and structures.

Re: Council Order for Business Sign located at 9 W Hubbard Street Dear City Clerk Mendoza:
Please introduced the attached order on our behalf at the June 26, 2013 City Council meeting and refer such matter to the Committee on Zoning Landmark and Buildings for consideration regarding a business sign at 9 W. Hubbard Street. Two copies of the said order are attached hereto.
This business sign application received Zoning Approval on June 11, 2012. The Alderman and his staff have declined to approve the business sign application and we are requesting that you introduce the attached order as a Mayoral introduction.
