ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all the current C1-1 Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 24-A in the area bounded by:
a line from a point 228.45 ft. west of South Indianapolis Ave. as measured along the north line of East 103rd Street running northeast for a distance of 177.81 ft. to a point 143.36 ft north of East 103rd Street as measured along the southwesterly line of South Indianapolis Ave.; South Indianapolis Ave.; and East 103rd Street
to those of a C2-1 Motor Vehicle-Related Commercial District which is hereby established in the area described above.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
