SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE - A7916

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Ml-2 Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District and Cl-2 Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No 6-G in the area bounded by

West 27^th Street; South Peoria Street; West 26* Place; South Green Street; a line 197 feet north of and parallel to West 27^th Street; the public alley next east of and parallel to South Green Street; the public alley next north of and parallel to West 27^th Street; a line 150 feet east of and parallel to South Green Street; West 27^th Street; South Green Street; a line 25 feet north of and parallel to West 27^th Street; and the public alley next west of and parallel to South Green Street,

to those of an RS3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District

SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
