ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all of the B1-1 Neighborhood Shopping District, B3-2 Community Shopping District, and Planned Development # 832 symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 16-J in the area bounded by

West 63^rd Street; South St. Louis Avenue; the alley next south of and parallel to West 63^rd Street; and a line 200 feet west of and parallel to South St. Louis Avenue,

to those of a B3-3 Community Shopping District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from its passage and publication.
