RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, God in His infinite wisdom has called James K. Ziegler to his eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman ofthe 13^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, James K. Ziegler, 75. Beloved Husband of Barbara nee Kass. Loving Father of Mara and Christine. Dear Brother of the late Jon. James K. Ziegler leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe Chicago City Council gathered here this twentieth day of May, 2015, hereby express our sorrow on the death of James K. Ziegler and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy.
