Sign Ordinance

ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Buildings is hereby authorized and directed to issue a sign permit to Bright Light Sign Co 310 Telser Rd Lake Zurich. IL 60047 for the erection of a sign/signboard over 24 feet in height and/or over 100 square feet (in area of one face) at Michael's, 5104 S. Lake Park Avenue, Chicago, IL 60615 with the dimensions, height and square foot area:

Sign 1:

Dimensions: Length: 15' 2 1/8"   Height: _£ Height above grade/roof to top of sign: 281 Total Square Foot Area: 60.7 square feet

Sign 2:

Dimensions: Length: 2V 8 Vi"   Height: T 6" Height above grade/roof to top of sign: 28' 6" Total Square Foot Area: 54.27 square feet

Sign 3:

Dimensions: Length: 7' 7" Height: _2_1 Height above grade/roof to top of sign: 281 Total Square Foot Area:  15.16 square feet

Such a sign(s) will comply with all applicable provisions of Title 17 of the Chicago Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable provisions of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago governing the construction and maintenance of outdoor signs, signboards and structures.
