ORDERED, that the Commissioner of the Chicago Department of Business Affairs & Consumer Protection is hereby directed to revoke the business licenses of the Scrub Inc., Lott Management, United Maintenance, and Prospect Airport Services pursuant to Chapter 4-4-320 of the Chicago Municipal Code for violations of laws regulating the

payment of wages under the provisions set forth in section (b)(2).
