(WATER/SEWER RATES) Cancel Assessments

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 11-12-540 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner ofthe Department of Water Management is hereby authorized and directed to cancel all assessments as of the effective date of this ordinance, notwithstanding other ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary, assessed against Holy Family House for Single Mothers, Totus Tuus Foundation, 2816 N. Lawndale Ave., Chicago, IL 60618, Account No.799085-492042.

SECTION 2. Holy Family_House for Single Mothers, Totus Tuus Foundation shall be entitled to a refund of City fees, $141.73, which it has paid and to which it is exempt pursuant to Section one (1) this ordinance.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
