SECTION 1 That the City Zoning Ordinance by amended by changing all the RS 3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 13-H in area bound by

WEST BALMORAL AVENUE; A LINE 226.98 FEET WEST OF AND PARALLEL TO NORTH DAMEN AVENUE; THE PUBLIC ALLEY NEXT SOUTH OF AND PARALLEL TO WEST BALMORAL AVERNUE; AND, A LINE 259.98 FEET WEST OF AND PARALLEL TO NORTH DAMEN AVENUE.

To those of an RT 3.5 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District, and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.

SECTION 2 The ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
