BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1:

Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Park Boulevard Phase IIB, LLC of 10 West 35^th Street, 9^th Floor, Chicago, IL 60616 from requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise address:3633-3647 South State, 16-22 West 37^th Street, 4-10 West 37^th Street, 3720 South Dearborn.

SECTION 2:

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
