BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1: Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code ofthe City of Chicago, Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt

LaFiesta Restaurant of 3333 W. 111^th St., from the provision requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for Premise Address.
