TRANSPORTATION BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECfiON 1:     Section 10-20-43Q 6f the Municipal Code of Chicago,

Commissioner of Transportation in hereby authorized and directed to exempt Mercy Seat Missionary Baptist Church of 411 N. Long, from the prbvisipn requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress ihd egress to parking facilities for Premise Address.

SECTION 2.     This ordinance shall tafe effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
