Celebrating The Divine Appointment for Pastoral Installation of Pastor-Elect Clarence E. George Sr.

WHEREAS, we acknowledge Pastor-Elect Clarence E. George, Sr. on his new assignment to Shepherd the members of New Commandment Missionary Baptist Church. For God, in his most infinite wisdom saw fit that Pastor Clarence E. George, Sr. be installed as Pastor on Sunday, April 7,2013. Today, as men and women of the faith let us stand together on one accord and give God Glory, Honor and Praise for sending this faithful Man of God your way; and

WHEREAS, the bible says in Ephesians 4, "God distributed various gifts to those whom He chose; some were called to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, some pastors and teachers." Pastor-Elect Clarence E. George, Sr. operates in several of these offices, he speaks with a Prophetic anointing, he Evangelizes to those that some would not even go near, He expounds well on every scripture, and without hesitation I can truly say, Pastor-Elect Clarence E. George, Sr., is a Man after God's Own Heart; and

WHEREAS, Pastor-Elect Clarence E. George, Sr. embarks upon this journey, it is my desire that every member of the congregation will lift him up in prayer on a daily basis. Seek God's face for your leader, spiritual father and shepherd. Rebuke the enemy and cancel out every assignment on his behalf and that of his family. Encourage him with kind words when he seems tired; but never gossip about him, speak harsh words towards him or demean his character. For the bible teaches, our tongues are powerful and we can either use them to speak life or death. I encourage each of you to speak life over your newly-elected pastor and death over every assignment of the enemy that tries to destroy your church; and
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and members of the City Council of the City of Chicago, will gather together on the 10th day of April 2013, A.D., to express their blessing on the celebration of the Installation Service of Pastor-Elect Clarence E. George, Sr.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a more suitable copy of this resolution be prepared and presented to Pastor-Elect Clarence E. George, Sr., Pastor Cherise Williams-George and the faithful members of New Commandment Missionary Baptist Church.
