BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: Section 1:
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for Ball Park Condo Association on 02/10/2016, and printed upon page 18581 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words
"twelve (12) Balcony(s)
Twelve (12) at four (4) feet in length, and eight (8) feet in width for a total of three hundred eighty-four (384) square feet.
Sum of nine hundred ($900.00) per annum in advance"
and inserting in their place the words
"nine (9) Balconies
Nine (9) at eight (8) feet in length and four (4) feet in width for a total of two hundred eighty-eight (288) square feet
Sum of six hundred seventy-five ($675.00) per annum in advance." Section 2:
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for balcony(ies). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council. Because this request was made for properties located in your ward, as approved by you as per the attached, I respectfully request that you introduce the attached ordinance at the next City Council meeting.
