Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to THE FORDHAM CONDOMINIUM, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, sixteen (16) Planter(s) on the public right-of-way for beautification purposes adjacent to its premises known as 25 E. Superior St
Said Planter(s) at E. Superior measure(s):
Two (2) at thirty-seven (37) feet in length, and eleven point five (11.5) feet in width for a total of eight hundred fifty-one (851) square feet.
Two (2) at thirty-six (36) feet in length, and eleven point five (11.5) feet in width for a total of eight hundred twenty-eight (828) square feet.
One (1) at twenty-nine (29) feet in length, and eleven point five (11.5) feet in width for a total of three hundred thirty-three point five (333.5) square feet.
One (1) at eleven point one seven (11.17) feet in length, and eight point five (8.5) feet in width for a total of ninety-four point nine five (94.95) square feet.
One (1) at ten point eight three (10.83) feet in length, and five point five eight (5.58) feet in width for a total of sixty point four three (60.43) square feet.
Said Planter(s) at N. Wabash measure(s):
One (1) at sixteen point seven five (16.75) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of sixty-seven (67) square feet.
One (1) at ten point eight three (10.83) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of forty-three point three two (43.32) square feet.
Said Planter(s) at E. Huron measure(s):
One (1) at twelve point one seven (12.17) feet in length, and seven (7) feet in width for a total of eighty-five point one nine (85.19) square feet.

One (1) at eighteen point one (18.1) feet in length, and seven (7) feet in width for a total of one hundred twenty-six point seven (126.7) square feet.

Said Planter(s) at N. Wabash Avenue measure(s):
Three (3) at ten point eight three (10.83) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of one hundred twenty-nine point nine six (129.96) square feet.
Grantee must allow the required clear and unobstructed space for pedestrian passage at all times per rules and regulations approved by the Department of Transportation.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1123562 herein granted the sum of
