BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: Section 1:

 

 

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for MACERICH MANAGEMENT on 09/14/2016, and printed upon page 20165904 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

 

"Said Kiosk(s) at First Floor (Vitrine) measure(s): Two (2) at two point five eight (2.58) feet in length, and two point five eight (2.58 in width for a total of thirteen point three one(13.31) square feet. Existing kiosk is approximately eight (8) feet in height.

 

Said Kiosk(s) at First Floor measure(s):

One (1) at twenty-seven (27) feet in length, two (2) feet in width for a total of fifty-four (54) square feet. Existing kiosk is approximately seven (7) feet five (5) inches in height.

 

Said Kiosk(s) at First Floor measure(s):

One (1) at thirty-four point four two (34.42) feet in length, and one foot (1) in width for a total of thirty-four point four two (34.42)square feet. Existing kiosk is approximately eight (8) feet in height.

 

Said Kiosk(s) at First Floor measure(s):

One (1) at nine (9) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of thirty-six (36) square feet. Existing kiosk is approximately eight (8) feet in height.

One (1) at two point five eight (2.58) feet in length, and two point five eight (2.58) feet in width for a total of six point six six (6.66) square feet. Existing kiosk is approximately eight (8) feet in height.

and inserting in their place the words
