SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

Please be advised that on March 13, 2019 I will introduce an ordinance in the Chicago City Council to provide alley ingress and egress to parking facilities at: 2709 - 2715 W. Division Street. The ordinance, as drafted and approved by the council, authorizes alley access for the entire building. I am requesting for the appropriate license to be issued due to pending passage to the publication.
