LAKESHORE EAST RETAIL LLC Acct. No. 327520 - 2 Permit No. 1108750
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to LAKESHORE EAST RETAIL LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, twenty-five (25) Caisson(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 333 E. Benton PI
Said Caisson(s) at E. Benton PI. measure(s):
Twelve (12) at six point five (6.5) feet in length, and one point two five (1.25) foot in width for a total of ninety-seven point five (97.5) square feet.
One (1) at six point five (6.5) feet in length, and point two five (.25) feet in width for a total of one point six three (1.63) square feet.
Four (4) at six point five (6.5) feet in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total of fifty-two (52) square feet. One (1) at seven point five (7.5) feet in length, and two point five (2.5) feet in width for a total of eighteen point seven five (18.75) square feet.
Said Caisson(s) at corner of E. Benton & Field Blvd. measure(s):
One (1) at twelve point five (12.5) feet in length, and two point seven five (2.75) feet in width for a total of thirty-four point three eight (34.38) square feet.
Said Caisson(s) at N. Field measure(s):
Two (2) at seven point five (7.5) feet in length, and two point seven five (2.75) feet in width for a total of forty-one point two five (41.25) square feet.
One (1) at seven point five (7.5) feet in length, and two point one seven (2.17) feet in width for a total of sixteen point two eight (16.28) square feet.
Three (3) at seven point five (7.5) feet in length, and two point four two (2.42) feet in width for a total of fifty-four point four five (54.45) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1108750 herein granted the sum of four hundred ($400.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
The permit holder agrees to hold the City of Chicago harmless for any damage, relocation or replacement costs associated with damage, relocation or removal of private property caused by the City performing work in the public way.
Authority herein given and granted for a period of five (5) years from and after 07/09/2013.
