BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

Section 1:

 

 

The ordinance passed by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago for THE GLOBE PUB on 03/28/2018, and printed upon page 74108 ofthe Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "one thousand seven hundred eight (1708) feet in length; six thousand eight hundred thirty-two (6832) square feet; $7,515.20" and inserting in their place the words "seventeen point zero eight (17.08) feet in length; sixty-eight point three two (68.32) square feet; $600.00."

 

 

Section 2:

 

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for a sidewalk cafe(s). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council. Because this request was made for properties located in your ward, as approved by you as per the attached, I respectfully request that you introduce the attached ordinance at the next City Council meeting.
