BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
Section 1:
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for Adelheid Mers on 04/15/2015, and printed upon page 106691 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1117360 herein granted the sum of seventy-five ($75.00) per annum in advance." and inserting in their place the words "The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1117360 herein granted the sum of zero ($.00) per annum in advance."
Section 2:
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
