Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to 65 E GOETHE CONDO ASSN, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, seven (7) Decorative Fence(s) on the public right-of-way for beautification purposes adjacent to its premises known as 65 E. Goethe St
Said Decorative Fence(s) at W. Goethe Street measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred two point eight four (102.84) feet in length, and point five (.5) feet in width for a total of fifty-one point four two (51.42) square feet.
Said Decorative Fence(s) at W. Goethe Street measure(s):
One (1) at sixty-four point one eight (64.18) feet in length, and point five (.5) feet in width for a total of thirty-two point zero nine (32.09) square feet.
Said Decorative Fence(s) at E. Goethe Street measure(s):
One (1) at sixty-eight point eight four (68.84) feet in length, and point five (.5) feet in width for a total of thirty-four point four two (34.42) square feet.
Said Decorative Fence(s) at E. Goethe Street measure(s):
One (1) at sixty-four point one eight (64.18) feet in length, and point five (.5) feet in width for a total of thirty-two point zero nine (32.09) square feet.
Said Decorative Fence(s) at N. Stone Street measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred ten point five (110.5) feet in length, and point five (.5) feet in width for a total of fifty-five point two five (55.25) square feet.
Said Decorative Fence(s) at N. Stone Street measure(s):
One (1) at ninety-eight (98) feet in length, and point five (.5) feet in width for a total of forty-nine (49) square feet. Said Decorative Fence(s) at N. Stone Street measure(s):
One (1) at forty-three point three four (43.34) feet in length, and point five (.5) feet in width for a total of twenty-one point six seven (21.67) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1124941 herein granted the sum of zero ($.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
