BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
Section 1:
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for INA MAE TAVERN & PACKAGED GOODS, INC. on 07/25/2018, and printed upon page 82894 ofthe Journal of Proceedings ofthe City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "Said sidewalk cafe area #1 shall be twenty-two point five (22.5) feet in length and six point six seven (6.67) feet in width, area #2 shall be twenty-five point nine two (25.92) feet in length and five (5) feet in width, area #3 shall be twenty-two (22) feet in length and five (5) feet in width, area #4 shall be twenty-five point nine two (25.92) feet in length and five (5) feet in width for a total of five hundred nineteen point two eight (519.28) square feet; Seating Capacity 74" and inserting in their place the words "Said sidewalk cafe area #1 shall be twenty-four (24) feet in length and six point six seven (6.67) feet in width, area #2 shall be forty point eight three (40.83) feet in length and five (5) feet in width, area #3 shall be eleven (11) feet in length and five (5) feet in width, area #4 shall be fourteen (14) feet in length and five (5) feet in width for a total of four hundred eighty-five point zero eight (485.08) square feet; Seating Capacity 72"
Section 2:
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
