BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Pourian Soudabch / Bam Auto Haus, LLC of 151 North Cicero Avenue from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities located at premise address.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.

I will introduce the alley ingress/egress ordinance necessary for this authorization at the next City Council meeting, scheduled for July 2019. I expect it to go to the committee, be passed at the subsequent Council meeting, and permits to be issued "pending passage" of the ordinance.
