BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for RED TOP PARKING INC on 06/12/2019, and printed upon page 1317 ofthe Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"The grantee shall pay to the city of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1096072 herein granted the sum of twenty-five thousand ($25,000.00) per annum in advance for the annual period April 1, 2018 through March 31,

2019.

Authority herein given and grantee for a period of one (1) year from and after April 1,2018."

and inserting in their place the words

"The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege # 1096072 herein granted the sum of twenty-five thousand ($25,000.00) per annum in advance for the annual period April 1, 2020 through March 31, 2021."

Authority herein given and granted for a period of one (1) year from and after April 1, 2020.

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
