BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

Section 1:

 

 

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for PUBLICAN ANKER on 04/10/2019, and printed upon page 99852 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "PUBLICAN ANKER; sidewalk cafe area #1 shall be forty point five (40.5) feet in length and five (5) feet in width for a total of two hundred two point five (202.5) square feet; seating capacity 20" and inserting in their place the words "CAFE CANCALE; sidewalk cafe area #1 shall be thirty point nine-two (30.92) feet in length and five point nine-two (5.92) feet in width for a total of one hundred eighty three point five (183.05) square feet; seating capacity 10"

 

 

Section 2:

 

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for a sidewalk cafe(s). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City' Council. Because this request was made for properties located in your ward, as approved by you as per the attached, I respectfully request that you introduce the attached ordinance at the next City Council meeting.
