Reporting for your Committee on Zoning, Landmarks, and Building Standards which a meeting was held on July 26, 2011,1 beg leave to recommend the following Mayoral appointments.
MA-121 appointing Michael T. Ivers as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals for a term effective immediately and expiring July 1, 2015.
MA-122 appointing Sam P. Toia as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals for a term effective immediately and expiring July 1, 2014.
MA-123 appointing Dr. Anita Blanchard as a member of the Commission on Chicago Landmarks for a term effective immediately and expiring March 11, 2015.
MA-124 appointing Tony Hu as a member of the Commission on Chicago Landmarks for a term effective immediately and expiring March 11,2015.
MA-125 appointing Rafael M. Leon as a member of the Commission on Chicago Landmarks for a term effective immediately and expiring March 11,2015.

I beg leave to recommend the PASSAGE of 3 Ordinances, application numbers 17259,17205, and 17258, which was corrected and amended in its amended form.
I beg leave to recommend approval of 9 signs at various locations.
I beg leave to approve Order 2011-724, which waives fees for Landmark property located at 1925 S. Michigan.
I beg leave to PASS One Ordinance designating Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church located at 4501 S. Vincennes Avenue as a Historical Landmark.
I also beg leave to recommend the passage of an Ordinance for demolition of a building at 400 West Dickens.
At this time, I move for PASSAGE of this report by the last most favorable roll call vote of the Committee on Finance with the same motion to reconsider.
