Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which was referred a proposed ordinance Amending Section 7-38-115 (e), of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, as it pertains to modifying a mobile food truck location in the 27th Ward begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance transmitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the committee present, with no dissenting votes.
