Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to MACERICH MANAGEMENT, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, eleven (11) Kiosk(s) on the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 520 N. Michigan Ave
Said Kiosk(s) at N. Michigan Avenue 1st Level over Grand Avenue (K-1) measure(s):
One (1) at fifty-seven (57) feet in length, and twenty-four point three three (24.33) feet in width for a total of one thousand three hundred eighty-six point eight one (1386.81) square feet.
Said Kiosk(s) at N. Michigan Avenue 1st Level over North Rush Street (K-13) measure(s):
One (1) at two point three three (2.33) feet in length, and eight point four two (8.42) feet in width for a total of
nineteen point six two (19.62) square feet.
Said Kiosk(s) at N. Michigan Avenue 1st Level over North Grand Avenue (K-2) measure(s):
One (1) at two point five eight (2.58) feet in length, and two point five eight (2.58) feet in width for a total of six point
six six (6.66) square feet.
Said Kiosk(s) at N. Michigan Avenue 1st Level over Rush Street (K-14) measure(s):
One (1) at two point five eight (2.58) feet in length, and two point five eight (2.58) feet in width for a total of six point six six (6.66) square feet.

One (1) at ten (10) feet in length, and three (3) feet in width for a total of thirty (30) square feet.

One (1) at four (4) feet in length, and three (3) feet in width for a total of twelve (12) square feet.
Said Kiosk(s) at N. Michigan Avenue 1st Level over Rush Street (K-3) measure(s):
One (1) at eight (8) feet in length, and nineteen (19) feet in width for a total of one hundred fifty-two (152) square feet.
Said Kiosk(s) at N. Michigan Avenue 1st Level over Rush Street (K4/5) measure(s):
Two (2) at two point five (2.5) feet in>length, and five point eight (5.8) feet in width for a total of twenty-nine (29) square feet.
Said Kiosk(s) at N. Michigan Avenue 1st Level over Rush Street (K-12) measure(s):
One (1) at two point seven (2.7) in length, and two point seven (2.7) in width for a total of seven point four eight (7.48) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development) and Zoning Department - Sign. This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions ofthe Municipal Code of

Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1128308 herein granted the sum of four thousand four hundred ($4,400.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
The permit holder agrees to hold the City of Chicago harmless for any damage, relocation or replacement costs associated with damage, relocation or removal of private property caused by the City performing work in the public way.
Authority herein given and granted for a period of five (5) years from and after 07/06/2016.
