Section 1:
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for BEER on 05/13/2009, and printed upon page 62028 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "Twelve (12) feet in length by four (4) feet in width. Compensation of six hundred dollars (600.00)" and inserting in their place the words "three hundred (300) dollars in compensation"
Section 2:
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

This ordinance was referred to the Committee on June 8, 2011.
This recommendation was concurred unanimously by a viva voce vote of the members of the Committee with no dissenting vote.
