Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to 123 SANGAMON VENTURE PARTNERS, LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use eight (8) Fence(s) on the public right-of-way for beautification purposes adjacent to its premises known as 912 W. Washington Blvd
Said Fence(s) at N. Sangamon measure(s):
One (1) at thirty-two (32) feet in length, and point zero eight (.08) feet in width for a total of two point five six (2.56) square feet. Existing fencing is approximately twenty (20) inches in height.
Two (2) at one hundred sixty-four (164) feet in length, and point zero eight (.08) feet in width for a total of twenty-six point two four (26.24) square feet. Existing fencing is approximately twenty (20) inches in height.
One (1) at thirty-two point three three (32.33) feet in length, and point zero eight (.08) feet in width for a total of two point five nine (2.59) square feet. Existing fencing is appromately twenty (20) inches in height.
One (1) at forty-two point three three (42.33) feet in length, and point zero eight (.08) feet in width for a total of three point three nine (3.39) square feet. Existing fencing is approximately twenty (20) inches in height.
One (1) at eighty-two point eight three (82.83) feet in length, and point zero eight (.08) feet in width for a total of six point six three (6.63) square feet. Existing fencing is approximately twenty (20) inches in height.
Said Fence(s) at W. Washington Blvd measure(s):
One (1) at eighty-one point eight three (81.83) feet in length, and point zero eight (.08) feet in width for a total of six point five five (6.55) square feet. Existing fencing is approximately twenty (20) inches in height.
One (1) at forty-three point eight three (43.83) feet in length, and point zero eight (.08) feet in width for a total of three point five one (3.51) square feet. Existing fencing is approximately twenty (20) inches in height.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1106266 herein granted the sum of zero ($.00) per annum in advance.

A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
The permit holder agrees to hold the City of Chicago harmless for any damage, relocation or replacement costs associated with damage, relocation or removal of private property caused by the City performing work in the public way.
Authority herein given and granted for a period of five (5) years from and afterJDate of Passage.
