BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: Section 1:
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for ECUADOR FASHIONS on 12/12/2012, and printed upon page 44305 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words
"two (2) Awning(s)
One (1) at twenty-four (24) feet in length, and three (3) feet in width for a total of seventy-two (72) square feet.
One (1) at ten (10) feet in length, and five (5) feet in width for a total of fifty (50) square feet.
the sum of one hundred ($100.00) per annum in advance." and inserting in their place the words "one (1) awning
One (1) at twenty-five point five (25.5) feet in length and two point three three (2.33) feet in width
the sum of fifty-one ($51.00) per annum in advance." Section 2:

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for a awning(s). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Business Assistance Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council. Because this request was made for properties located in your ward, as approved by you as per the attached, I respectfully request that you introduce the attached ordinance at the next City Council meeting.
