ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the areas described in Section 2 through 4 of this ordinance are adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic liquor within and near the areas.
SECTION 2. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (47.63), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of March 9, 2011 at page 113727, with the following underscored text:
4-60-022 (47.63) On Western Avenue, from Berteau Avenue to Montrose Avenue.
SECTION 3. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (47.16), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of April 13, 2011 at page 115370, with the following underscored text:
4-60-023 (47.16) On Damen Avenue from Addison Street to Grace Street.
SECTION 4. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (47.52), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of May 4, 2011 at page 117715, with the following underscored text:
4-60-022 (47.52) On Ravenswood Avenue, from Berteau Avenue to Montrose Avenue.
SECTION 5. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (47.74), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of February 15, 2012 at page 20641, with the following underscored text:
4-60-023 (47.74) On Lawrence Avenue from Rockwell Street to Western Avenue.
SECTION 6. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (47.61), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of May 9, 2012 at pages 26720 through 26722, with the following underscored text:
4-60-023 (47.61) On Western Avenue, from Grace Street to Irving Park Road.
SECTION 7. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (47.5), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of May 9, 2012 at pages 26705 through 26706, with the following underscored text:
4-60-022 (47.5) On Ashland Avenue, from Grace Street to Irving Park Road.
SECTION 8. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (47.22), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of May 9, 2012 at pages 26719 through 26720, with the following underscored text:
4-60-023 (47.22) On Damen Avenue, from Lawrence Avenue to Arqyle Street.
SECTION 9. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (47.40), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of July 25,2012 at pages 31359 through 31360, with the following underscored text:
4-60-023 (47,40) On Lincoln Avenue, from Irving Park Road to Berteau Avenue.
SECTION 10. Section 4-60-023 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (47.34), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of July 25, 2012 at pages 31358 through 31359, with the following underscored text:
4-60-023 (47.34) On Lawrence Avenue, from Ashland Avenue to Ravenswood Avenue.
SECTION 11. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
