TRAFFIC LANE - TOW ZONES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following locations are hereby designated as Traffic Lane - Tow Zones, between the limits and during the times specified, standing or parking of any vehicle shall be considered a definite hazard to the normal movement of traffic:
WARD TOW ZONES:
4 West 9th Street; West 9th Street (north and south sides) from South Clark Street to a

50 North Kedzie Avenue; North Kedzie Avenue (east and west sides) from North Lincoln
Avenue to West Devon Avenue; No Parking of Trucks, All Times, All Days -(16-00855404) [02016-537]
WARD AMEND TOW ZONES:
15 West 59th Street; Amend Ordinance Passed 04/27/1960, journal page 2513, which
reads; West 59th Street (north and south sides) from a point 250 feet east of South Halsted Street to a point 200 feet west of South Western Avenue by striking South Ashland to South Damen Avenue - (15-06361121) [02015-7932]
22 South Kilbourn Avenue; Repeal Ordinance Passed 01/14/1998, journal page 60023,
which reads: South Kilbourn Avenue (west side) from West 31st Street to the dead end south thereof; No Parking Tow Zone, All Times, All Days, by Striking the above -(16-00390899) [02015-8352]
WARD AMEND TOW ZONES CONT'D:
40 4949 North Western Avenue; Amend Ordinance which reads: 4949 North Western
Avenue; No Parking Tow Zone, by Striking the above and inserting in lieu thereof: 4949 North Western Avenue; North Western Avenue (east side) from a point 180 feet south of West Argyle Street to a point 20 feet south thereof; 15 Minute Standing Zone, Use Flashing Lights, All Times, All Days -- (15-06457535) [02015-7256]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
