Section 1:
The ordinance passed by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago for THE OPTIMA CHICAGO on 06/27/2018, and printed upon page 80664 ofthe Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "twenty-one point six seven (21.67) feet in length and nine (9) feet in width, total square footage one hundred ninety five point zero three (195.03), seating capacity 28" and inserting in their place the words "twenty-seven point two five (27.25) feet in length and eight point seven five (8.75) feet in width, total square footage two hundred thirty-eight point four four (238.44), seating capacity

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for a sidewalk cafe(s). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council. Because this request was made for properties located in your ward, as approved by you as per the attached, I respectfully request that you introduce the attached ordinance at the next City Council meeting.
