Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to LIFE STORAGE CENTER OF RAVENSWOOD, LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use thirteen (13) Concrete and Metal Facia/Cladding(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 4701 N. Ravenswood Ave
Said Concrete and Metal Facia/Cladding(s) at LELAND measure(s):
One (1) at twenty-two point zero eight (22.08) feet in length, and forty-two point eight three (42.83) feet in width for a total of nine hundred forty-five point six nine (945.69) square feet.
Four (4) at three point seven five (3.75) feet in length, and thirty-seven point zero eight (37.08) feet in width for a total of five hundred fifty-six point two (556.2) square feet.
One (1) at seventy-one point zero eight (71.08) feet in.length, and four point three three (4.33) feet in width for a total of three hundred seven point seven eight (307.78) square feet.
One (1) at seventy-three point five (73.5) feet in length, and forty-one point four two (41.42) feet in width for a total of three thousand forty-four point three seven (3044.37) square feet.
Said Concrete and Metal Facia/Cladding(s) at RAVENSWOOD measure(s):
One (1) at thirty-seven point five eight (37.58) feet in length, and thirty-seven point five (37.5) feet in width for a total of one thousand four hundred nine point two five (1409.25) square feet.
One (1) at eighty-seven point four two (87.42) feet in length, and thirty-five point zero eight (35.08) feet in width for a total of three thousand sixty-six point six nine (3066.69) square feet.
One (1) at forty point two five (40.25) feet in length, and thirty-eight point nine two (38.92) feet in width for a total of one thousand five hundred sixty-six point five three (1566.53) square feet.
One (1) at eighty-eight point zero eight (88.08) feet in length, and thirty-five (35) feet in width for a total of three thousand eighty-two point eight (3082.8) square feet.
One (1) at seventy point one seven (70.17) feet in length, and forty-one point four two (41.42) feet in width for a total of two thousand nine hundred six point four four (2906.44) square feet.
One (1) at twenty-six point zero eight (26.08) feet in length, and forty-two point nine two (42.92) feet in width for a total of one thousand one hundred nineteen point three five (1119 35) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk. ■.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all-other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1138780 herein granted the sum of one thousand two hundred ninety-six ($1,296.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
The permit holder agrees to hold the City of Chicago harmless for any damage, relocation or replacement costs associated with damage, relocation or removal of private property caused by the City performing work in the public way.
Authority herein given and granted for a period of five (5) years from and after Date of Passage.

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for a concrete and metal facia/cladding(s). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council. Because this request was made for properties located in your ward, as approved by you as per the attached, I respectfully request that you introduce the attached ordinance at the next City Council meeting.
