BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1.  Pursuant to Section 11-12-540 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Water and the Commissioner of Sewer are hereby authorized and directed to cancel assessments, notwithstanding other ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary, in the amount of $525.71 against Missionary Sisters of Christ the King, for their premises located at 2816 N. Lawndale Ave.
