BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by changing all of the Cl-3, Neighborhood Commercial District symbols as shown on Map No. 3-F in the area bounded by:
A line 466.38 feet south of and parallel to West North Avenue; a line 102.30 feet east of and parallel to North Sedgwick Street; a line 491.38 feet south of and parallel to West North Avenue; and North Sedgwick Street.
To those of a B2-5, Neighborhood Mixed-Use District
