Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to LINCOLN AND ROSCOE, LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use fifteen (15) Caisson(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 3400 N. Lincoln Ave
Said Caisson(s) at W. Roscoe Street measure(s):
One (1) at one (1) foot in length, and four point two five (4.25) feet in width for a total of four point two five (4.25) square feet. Said caisson shall be approximately sixty-three (63) feet below grade level.
Three (3) at one (1) foot in length, and five point nine two (5.92) feet in width for a total of seventeen point seven six (17.76) square feet. Said caissons shall be approximately sixty-three (63) feet below grade level.
One (1) at one (1) foot in length, and five point four two (5.42) feet in width for a total of five point four two (5.42) square feet. Said caisson shall be approximately sixty-three (63) feet below grade level.
One (1) at one (1) foot in length, and four point eight three (4.83) feet in width for a total of four point eight three (4.83) square feet. Said caisson shall be approximately sixty-three (63) feet below grade level.

One (1) at one (1) foot in length, and three point six seven (3.67) feet in width for a total of three point six seven (3.67) square feet. Said caisson shall be approximately sixty-three (63) feet below grade level.
Three (3) at one (1) foot in length, and four point zero eight (4.08) feet in width for a total of twelve point two four (12.24) square feet. Said caissons shall be approximately sixty-three (63) feet below grade level.
Said Caisson(s) at Public Alley measure(s):
One (1) atone (1) foot in length, and three point three three (3.33) feet in width for a total of three point three three (3.33) square feet. Said caisson shall be approximately sixty-three (63) feet below grade level.
if wo (2) at one (1) foot in length, and four point six seven (4.67) feet in width for a total of nine point three four (9.34) square feet. Said caisson shall be approximately sixty-three (63) feet below grade level.
One (1) at one (1) foot in length, and five point three three (5.33) feet in width for a total of five point three three (5.33) square feet. Said caisson shall be approximately sixty three (63) feet below grade level.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
the grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1118800 herein granted the sum of four hundred ($400.00) per annum in advance.

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for caisson(s). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - SmallBusiness Center -Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council. Because this request was made for properties located in your ward, as approved by you as per the attached, I respectfully request that you introduce the attached ordinance at the next City Council meeting.
