BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt SE Cluster Two LLC DBA Jiffy Lube Multicare of 1224 S. Western Avenue, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise address.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.

I will introduce the alley ingress/egress ordinance necessary for this authorization at the April 21, 2021 City Council meeting; I expect it to go to the committee, be passed at the subsequent Council meeting, and permits to be issued "pending passage" of the ordinance.
