I have appointed Elise Doody-Jones as a member of the Chicago Low Income Housing Trust Fund Board until December 31, 2017, such period allocated as follows: a term effective immediately and expiring December 31, 2015, to complete the unexpired term of Carl Jenkins, who has resigned, followed immediately by a full two-year term.
