The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for TGI FRIDAY'S is here by Amended by deleting the words "Monday through Sunday 11:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m." and inserting in their place the words "Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m."
Section 2:
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

This ordinance was referred to the Committee on June 8, 2011.
This recommendation was concurred unanimously by a viva voce vote of the members of the Committee with no dissenting vote.
