Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to SILLIMAN GROUP, INC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use eight (8) Planter(s) on the public right-of-way for beautification purposes adjacent to its premises known as 5105 S. Hyde Park Blvd
Said Planter(s) at East Hyde Park Blvd measure(s):
One (1) at forty-one point six three (41.63) feet in length, and eleven point one three (11.13) feet in width for a total of four hundred sixty-three point three four (463.34) square feet.
One (1) at fifty-one (51) feet in length, and fourteen point five (14.5) feet in width for a total of seven hundred thirty-nine point five (739.5) square feet.
One (1) at thirty-nine (39) feet in length, and fourteen point seven five (14.75) feet in width for a total of five hundred seventy-five point two five (575.25) square feet.
One (1) at seventy-five point seven five (75.75) feet in length, and fourteen point seven five (14.75) feet in width for a total of one thousand one hundred seventeen point three one (1117.31) square feet.
Said Planter(s) at South Harper Avenue measure(s):
One (1) at thirty-five (35) feet in length, and seven point eight eight (7.88) feet in width for a total of two hundred seventy-five point eight (275.8) square feet.
One (1) at seventy (70) feet in length, and eight (8) feet in width for a total of five hundred sixty (560) square feet. One (1) at fifty-five (55) feet in length, and eight (8) feet in width for a total of four hundred forty (440) square feet. One (1) at fifty-one point two five (51.25) feet in length, and eight (8) feet in width for a total of four hundred ten (410) square feet.
Grantee must allow the required clear and unobstructed space for pedestrian passage at all times per rules and regulations approved by the Department of Transportation.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago.

The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1108570 herein granted the sum of zero ($.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
The permit holder agrees to hold the City of Chicago harmless for any damage, relocation or replacement costs associated with damage, relocation or removal of private property caused by the City performing work in the public way.
