Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to LE PARIS BAKERY NO 2 INC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions iof,this ordinance to maintain and use one (1):i sign(s) projecting over the public right-of-way attached to its premises known as 5434 S. Pulaski Rd:.
 
Said sign structure(s) measures as follows; along S. PULASKI ROAD:
One (1) at eight (8) feet in length, eight (8) feet in height and eleven (11) feet above grade level.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development) and Zoning Department - Signs.
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1110739 herein granted the sum of three hundred ($300.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
The permit holder agrees to hold the City of Chicago harmless for any damage, relocation or replacement costs associated with damage, relocation or removal of private property caused by the City performing work in the public way.

Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to LOU MITCHELL'S upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance, to maintain and use a portion of the public right of way for a sidewalk cafe adjacent to its premises located at 565 W. Jackson Blvd Said sidewalk cafe area #1 shall be forty (40) feet in length and seven point six seven (7.67) feet in width for a total of three hundred six point eight (306.8) square feet and shall allow six (6) feet of clear space from the face of the curb/building line along W. Jackson Blvd The compensation for said space and the days and hours of operation for the sidewalk cafe shall be as follows:
 
Monday through Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Compensation: $600.00 SEATING CAPACITY: 35
 
Sidewalk Cafe Permit and approved plan must be posted at all times.
 
This grant of privilege #1111566 for a sidewalk cafe shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-800 though 10-28-885 of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the directions of the Commissioner of Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection, the Commissioner of Streets and Sanitation, and the Commissioner of Transportation.
 
The permit holder agrees to hold the City of Chicago harmless for any damage, relocation or replacement costs associated with damage, relocation or removal of private property caused by the City performing work in the public way.
